Students who elect to take the Graduation Project class will work on a research project that involves an element of outreach (e.g. involvement in workplace learning; school, community or residential college liaison; fieldwork; participation in a recognized competition, interviewing; etc.). Students will meet on a regular basis with the staff member acting as their project supervisor. The meetings will plan the project and organize the outreach element. The elective will be examined by a portfolio of assignments which may be both practical and reflective, and which in total will usually amount to between five and eight thousand words.
